Our priority is to assist employers in the issuing of appropriate
qualifications for existing workers, qualifications that reflect current skill levels.
There are many existing workers who meet assessment guidelines and who would benefit by
this easy and quick process. Assessment also helps you to better understand the ability of
your works crews and to identify any need for training and development in either
operations or safety.
The benefits to your operation include
- Better work practices
- Identification of Risk
- Development of training Programs
- Career Development and increased Staff Morale
- Improved Performance
- Provision of information that helps to Manage Operations
See our Skills Assessment Checklist which is available direct from ETAS.
To order a copy Email info@ETAS.com.au or Contact ETAS by phone.
The Self Assessment checklist allows your employees
to nominate work experience and skill areas.
The checklist can then be validated by an experienced assessor.
After assessment, a qualification can be issued or if additional training is required, a
training plan can be recommended that works alongside your works program.
If you need to assess your staff we recommend:
1: Have your staff fill out the Self Assessment Checklist
2: Verification of Skills by a Qualified Assessor
3: Issue Qualifications
4: Identify any areas where further training is required
5: Develop a program that provides training development in conjunction with works program
commitments.
