ETAS provides traffic management training and assessment services to a range of occupational areas relevant to the traffic management and civil construction industries and specialises in traffic management training for the Northern Territory and Western Australia including remote communities and the Australian Island Territories. We work closely with and in collaboration with the relevant local and state road authorities, road contractors and traffic management organisations and we remain unequivocally focused on positively contributing to the current and future development of the traffic management and civil construction industries. ETAS is an approved provider of Workzone Learning & Assessment for the Western Australia State Government Main Roads and Northern Territory Government Department of Infrastructure Planning and Logistics.

Earthworks Training and Assessment  Services (ETAS) is a nationally recognised and accredited training organisation established in Western Australia by the Principal /  Chief Executive Officer Brian Kakoschke  to meet the training and assessment needs of the traffic management and civil construction industries. Established in 1997 ETAS has since evolved as a leading and respected training provider in traffic management and civil construction throughout Australia and overseas.

Training courses combine theory and live practicals held in real time. Training and assessment can be tailored to meet the specific requirements and relevant competencies of individuals, business, non government organisations, state and local governments and can offer and provide a mobile training team using facilities on site or hired as necessary.  

With a wealth of experience in training and assessment we can provide you with guidance and assistance on training, licensing and certification, qualifications, employment and general industry requirements. 

The ETAS training and assessment team have and maintain the relevant  tertiary and industry qualifications overlayed by a  wealth of experience, skills and knowledge including theoretical industry experience which meets the Standards for Registered Training Organisations Version 2.0 November 2017  Australian Quality Training Framework. We maintain a contemporary industry based program of professional development for our team to ensure we meet industry standards and quality outcomes are achieved and maintained. 

ETAS has the paramount responsibility  of integrating Work Health & Safety (WHS) into all training courses to ensure course participants have the knowledge and skills for Workzone Traffic Management including Work Health and Safety.
